We design and manufacture in house the full range of Production and Early Production Facility process equipment on demand with an advanced delivery capability guaranteed based on our selective raw material and ancillary stocking program and a close working relationship with our core suppliers to provide our clients with the best possible combination of price, delivery and build quality service in the market today.

We maintain an in house ASME design, Structural design and Process flow design team of engineers utilizing industry standard PV Elite, Staad Pro and Aspen Hysis software packages to support our ASME VIII Division 1 and 2 vessel design and manufacturing licenses. This is backed up by our now industry renowned high quality build and finishing standard and further supported by our reputed QC team to complete the project work scopes by delivering the manufacturing data files book package within our committed maximum of two weeks from delivery of the equipment.

Our Crude Oil Production Facilities are used for separation, heating, dehydration, stabilization, storage, metering and pumping of crude oil. All our equipment complies with DNV 2.7-1 and 2.7-3 and is CSC certified. We have standardized 10,000, 25,000 and 40,000 BOPD Early Production Facilities based on API crudes.
